30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return, because confidence starts with feeling good about what you purchase.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number)

To start a return, please email support@jtorrybeauty.com with your order details.
Note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. At this time, JTorry Beauty does not provide return shipping labels. Any returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please reach out to us immediately at support@jtorrybeauty.com with a photo and your order number. We’ll take care of it right away.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note, we cannot accept returns on:
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Opened or used beauty/personal care items
• Gift cards

If you’re unsure about your item, feel free to contact us before starting your return.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
