Shipping Policy
At JTorry Beauty, we’re committed to delivering your order with care and efficiency. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process and ship your items.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is verified. Please note:
• Processing times exclude weekends and holidays
• During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer
• You will receive an email or SMS notification if there is a delay or issue with your shipping label
Shipping Methods
We currently offer standard domestic shipping within the U.S.
• Carrier services may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and order size.
• We do not offer international shipping at this time
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
If you haven’t received your tracking email after 5 business days, contact us at support@jtorrybeauty.com.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
• We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• If you notice an error in your shipping address after checkout, please email us immediately at support@jtorrybeauty.com. We’ll do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the label is created.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, JTorry Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:
• Check with neighbors or your local post office
• File a claim with the carrier
• Contact us and we’ll try our best to assist, though we are not liable for final delivery errors
Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, unclaimed delivery, or failed delivery attempt:
• We will contact you for a corrected address
• Additional shipping fees may apply to reship your order
• If you opt not to reship, a refund (minus original shipping costs) may be issued
Customs & Duties (If Applicable)
Though we currently only ship within the U.S., if international shipping becomes available in the future:
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country
• These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices
